A New Concept in Fitness & Wellness Services!
A Fit Second Half is excited to offer Online Fitness & Wellness Coaching! Utilizing an innovative platform and coaching model, you will participate in a fitness coach mix of individual coaching and/or group sessions all in the comfort of your own home.
Whereas in-person training is heavily focused on physical instruction, coaching engages your desire to be fit and healthy by offering insight and guidance over the internet via Skype, Google Chat and phone. We will construct a pathway of success that considers your lifestyle, level of fitness, current health and individual needs and goals. The design of these services takes into consideration the specific needs of Older Adults. Therefore, we will approach fitness and wellness from the standpoint of quality of life, longevity and active aging. My intention is to empower you to be physically and mentally age with confidence!
We will:
- determine realistic and achievable fitness and wellness goals; set intentions for healthy aging and active living
- assess your current level of fitness through the gathering of subjective and objective information
- identify your barriers to exercise and healthy eating and strategize how to overcome them
- construct a physical activity plan that considers your current health capabilities and needs
- design an individualized exercise program that includes strength, cardio, core, flexibility and balance training.
- assess your current eating habits and determine your nutritional needs
- GET RESULTS!
Sessions are $120 for 60 minutes and $65 for 30 minutes. A comprehensive coaching program typically takes place over 4 weeks with one hour-long session per week.
