Older adults overwhelmingly approach their health and wellness very differently than other age groups.  Quality of life and longevity tend to become primary concerns after the age of 50.  Therefore, our services focus on providing exercise training and coaching that is meaningful, applicable and comprehensive.

Experience and enjoy the greatest level of personal and specialized attention possible.  It’s just you and your trainer.  We offer traditional one-on-one training and exclusive specialty programs.  On average, sessions are held for 50 minutes to one hour and occur two to three times per week.  During the month of January through June, session are held in Berkeley, CA and from July to December sessions are held in the Greater Chicagoland Area.

*SEMI-PRIVATE & GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

Exercise with a spouse or partner, friend, or coworker. For some, exercising with others can be highly motivating.   Involving other can instantly create a very supportive environment that can make reaching your fitness easier.  Share in the excitement, camaraderie and the cost!

Consider the new concept in personal fitness training… online personal training.    Fitness assessments, goals and intention setting, set up of home gym and nutrition consultation all take place online, in the comfort of your own home.  This is an excellent alternative for the busy professional or those who like to take things at their own pace.
