3TWTM is designed to meet the specific fitness needs and concerns of women over 50. Actually, 3TWTM is less of a class and more of a fitness “program”. But there will also be a component of the program that will engage the MIND using simple mental tools to bring about effective, long lasting change you desire. The task then is to redefine and change our approach to exercise so that we may learn to optimized and capitalize on these changes.
