I began posting “tweets” at the beginning of 2010 and have enjoyed using Twitter as a way to stay connected with clients and friends. My regular, daily posts mostly focus on the topic health, fitness and wellness that are relevant to people 50 years and older. I offer fitness and wellness tips that I believe can have a great impact on the quality of life and longevity of older adults. Also, I am a committed reader and researcher. I frequently share interesting articles, blogs and scientific papers that offer valuable insight into the ever-changing world of fitness.
Also, I share more personal posts that offer insight into my own health and wellness journey. Many of my clients continually ask me about my diet, my exercise program and lifestyle approach. I am happy to share my knowledge and equally eager to learn from you.
